I support families to understand and identify their values and support them in making a plan to reach those goals. Parenting is HARD and it is even harder when one or some of your children struggle with co-regulation, attention and being flexible. You don't have to do this on your own with only your own experience of parenting to guide you. Get information that is clear and easy to understand. Learn about brain and body states and how they influence us and our children. Feel confident about how to manage challenging behaviours in accordance with your family values. Understand how to better support your children and teach them to understand their own feelings, identify the problem and learn to solve their problem.
